Where I come from, every holiday is a potluck. We each bring our favorite food, and invariable end up with too many leftovers. Usually, I bring a dessert that the kids love and the adults won’t touch. This year, I brought individual everything bagel cheeseballs and a turkey shaped charcuterie board. It went over SO WELL, so I’m writing that down in my WINs book.
We ended up with quite a spread and more people than I had anticipated. All in all, it was lovely, I was there for a few hours and then went back to my house, where I crocheted a section of a blanket I am working on, until I fell asleep because my schedule has me working 3rd shift.
Has anyone else made a blanket using strictly double crochet? I’m feeling like a loser with my hands cramping. I’m only about 7 rows in, and i probably need 147 more.
